  • Bowling League | Liga de Boliche

Formerly known as the St. Monica Adult Bowling League, the league name changed to the Greg Sinise Memorial League to honor the league founder and longtime St. Monica parishioner Greg Sinise, who passed away before the 2021 - 2022 league season.

We still contribute to St. Monica's and have a few active parishioners in the league, but in an attempt to grow the league, along with the name change, we have opened up membership to anyone who wants to join a non-competitive charity league.  We currently have 12 full teams right now, but we can always use some regular substitute bowlers for regular members who need someone to fill in for them.  The league is non-competitive, fun, and open to all levels of bowlers 21 years old and over.

The season starts around the last Sunday in August with an organizational meeting the Wednesday before the start.  We bowl on Sunday evenings, starting at 6:20pm, at Woodland Bowling Center  3421 E. 96th St. Indianapolis, IN 46240.

  • Knights of Columbus | Caballeros de Colón

The Knights of Columbus is a Catholic men's fraternal benefit society that was formed to render financial aid to members and their families. Mutual aid and assistance are offered to sick, disabled and needy members and their families. Social and intellectual fellowship is promoted among members and their families through educational, charitable, religious, social welfare, war relief and public relief works. The history of the Order shows how the foresight of Father Michael J. McGivney, whose cause for sainthood is being investigated by the Vatican, brought about what has become the world's foremost Catholic fraternal benefit society. The Order has helped families obtain economic security and stability through its life insurance, annuity and long-term care programs, and has contributed time and energy worldwide to service in communities. The Knights of Columbus has grown from several members in one council to more than 12,000 councils and 1.7 million members throughout the United States, Canada, the Philippines, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Panama, the Bahamas, the Virgin Islands, Guatemala, Guam and Saipan.

Membership is open to Catholic men over the age of 18.
