The Mass Coordinator serves as a liaison for the presiding priest at Sunday and Holy Days of Obligation liturgies.

The coordinators’ main duty is to insure that all scheduled Servers,  Lectors, Ushers and Eucharistic Ministers are in place prior to the start of the Liturgy.   Additionally, the Coordinator communicates any special events that are scheduled for the liturgy to the attending ministers.

A Mass Coordinator will typically serve in a weekly rotation with other coordinators,  so that they serve in this role  approximately once per month.

Most importantly, the Mass Coordinator has a commitment to a non-visible role in the Liturgy.
